Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items

  • Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging

Change of Mind

We understand preferences can change. While we don’t generally accept change-of-mind returns, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help where possible.

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is our error, we’ll cover the return

  • For other cases, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm the outcome

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time depends on your payment provider
