By accessing or using our websites (including askavet.com, woopf.com, purrz.com, and xtallion.com) or related apps and services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
1. Access and Use of Services

Access to our websites and apps is provided on a temporary basis and may be withdrawn or amended without notice.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to part or all of the Services at any time.

You must not misuse our Services, including attempts to hack, spam, transmit malicious code, or otherwise interfere with functionality.
2. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the processing described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Veterinary and Medical Disclaimer

Ask A Vet provides telehealth advice but does not replace a physical examination. For emergencies, always seek immediate in-person veterinary care.

Ask A Vet Meds provides medications and supplements subject to veterinary oversight and legal requirements. Prescriptions may be required.

We do not guarantee any medical outcome or cure. You are responsible for following veterinary advice and using medications and products as directed.
4. Terms of Sale
When purchasing through our websites or apps:
(a) Contract Formation

Orders placed are offers to purchase, subject to acceptance.

A contract is formed only when you receive a confirmation email that your order has been dispatched.
(b) Pricing and Availability

Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change.

If an error in pricing is identified, we will notify you and give the option to confirm or cancel your order.
(c) Payment

Payment must be made via accepted payment methods at the time of order.

By placing an order, you represent that payment details are valid and authorized.
(d) Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to postal or customs delays.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
(e) Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items in original condition (excluding medications, supplements, or other health products for safety reasons).

Consultation and telehealth service fees are non-refundable once delivered, except as required by law.

All returns must be sent to our registered address (see Section 16).
5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, and software on our Services are owned or licensed by us.

You may view and print content for personal use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without permission.
6. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ask A Vet Solutions Pty Ltd and Australian Premium Animal Products Pty Ltd, including their officers, employees, and affiliates, from claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party platforms.
11. Mobile Messaging Terms
By signing up for our SMS/text services, you consent to receive recurring marketing and service-related messages to the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP. For support, contact hello@askavet.com.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless otherwise required by local law.
13. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve complaints directly. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
14. Variation
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all prior agreements.
