Why this range exists

“A set should cost less than its parts. Where it does not, we say so.”

I put these sets together because the pairs make sense. A cat scratches when she wakes, so the post stands by the bed. A tracker runs flat, so the tag is its backup. Two cats, two tags; two outdoor cats, two trackers on one plan. What I will not do is dress a pairing up as a bargain it is not. The crossed-out price on every card on this page is the two parts at today's prices, worked out by adding the two product pages together, and where the set saves nothing the card says nothing. You are free to buy the parts apart, and the vet notes on each product page travel with the set either way: the tracker is for cats over 4 kg on a breakaway collar, the felt balls are not for a cat who eats wool, and the bed size is chosen for the cat, not the set. Gary's post stands beside his bed, which is where a post belongs.

Why do some sets show no crossed-out price?

Because the crossed-out price on this store is always the two parts at today's prices, and three sets do not beat it today. The Two Trackers Bundle costs exactly what two trackers cost apart; the Scratch & Sleep Bundle saves with the Large bed and costs more with the Medium, which a card cannot say in one line; and the Snooze & Snore pad and balls are not sold apart, so there is no figure to compare. Where there is a real saving, the two-tag set and the Track & Scan Bundle, the card shows it.

Is the Two Trackers Bundle cheaper than buying two trackers?

Not today: the set is the price of two Cat GPS Trackers bought apart. What the set gives you is one box, either colour for each tracker, and one Premium plan covering both cats. If that does not matter to you, buy two trackers and lose nothing. Both cats need to be over 4 kg either way.

Which bed is in the Scratch & Sleep Bundle, and what size?

The Deluxe Donut Bed in Grey, in one of two sizes. The set's Medium is the bed page's Small: 46 x 33 x 23 cm, rated to 5 kg, for a cat under about 35 cm curled up. The Large is 62 x 65 x 30 cm, rated to 12 kg, for a bigger cat, a cat who sleeps stretched out, or two who sleep together; its 30 cm wall is a step for a stiff cat. The post is the same 60 cm Scratch Me Happy Scratching Post in both, White or White-Navy. Only the Large set costs less than the parts apart.

Can I pick any two designs in the two-tag set?

Both tags come in the size you pick, Small or Medium, in two of the fourteen designs, the same or different. Every Small pair can be ordered today; some Medium pairs cannot, and the two-tag page says which. Each tag gets its own profile in the Ask A Vet app on the same account, free for life, with no battery to charge.

Does the Track & Scan Bundle need a subscription?

The tracker does, the tag never does. Live location, zones, activity and sleep need a Tracker Plan, monthly or for less paid yearly, or Premium for two pets; the QR ID on the tracker's screen and the tag's profile are free for life. The app shows the price before anything is charged. The tracker is for cats over 4 kg, on a breakaway collar, and needs GPS reception and mobile coverage where she is.

What if one part of a set arrives faulty?

Email hello@purrz.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, your order number and which part; faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered and we pay the return shipping when the error is ours. A set is one order line, so say which part in the email and it is sorted from there.
